Elisabeth joins Ocean PR as part of the acquisition of Providence PR, which she has run since 2007 with a portfolio of consumer and lifestyle clients. She began her public relation career with the 2003 Special Olympics World Summer Games and worked with a consumer PR agency in Dublin prior to establishing Providence PR.

Doug has worked in senior management roles in both client and agency companies. He is a former chief executive of Smurfit Media UK and Vice President and Head of Marketing for The Wall Street Journal Europe. He also created many award winning pan European campaigns for both consumer and business to business brands.

After spending 14 years working in advertising in London, Doug Baxter returned to Ireland in 2001 to establish Ocean Advertising and founded Ocean PR in 2007.
